What makes Kelltium different for some other writing software companies?
Unlike many other companies that produce software for writers, Kelltium focuses exclusively on products for writers. Our lead developer is a writer and we ensure that our products are thoroughly tested by writers. So our software has, from beginning to end, been designed with you, the writer, in mind. With a background in IT training and tuition, we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer support and being able to to communicate technical information in an understandable way.

Do you plan to release other types of software for writers?
We are working on developing a suite of products covering everything that a writer could need. We welcome suggestions for new types of software.

What operating systems will your products run on?
Our products are designed to work on Windows XP/2000. Most will also run on Windows ME/98 and some with Windows 95. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain compatibility with older versions, especially with our more complex software.

Do you produce updated versions of your software?
All our software is updated periodically. All customers who have purchased previous versions will be invited to upgrade for free or at a reduced price depending on the nature of the upgrade.
