| Recording
a Submission
Select
the relevant document in the Recent Documents List then click
the Submit link in the Document Tools.

Alternatively,
use the Documents Menu and click on Submit.

The
Record Submission window appears as shown below. This allows
you to enter details of the submission, select a publisher/agent
and set the date of submission and response due.

The
Show Bookmarks tick box to the right of the Contact display
allows you to have only bookmarked entries from the Contacts
List appear in the drop down Publisher selector.
Clicking on the Add Contact link allows you to add a new contact
into the list so that you can assign it to the new submission
record.
