| Importing
Documents
Attaché
has a project wizard to help you import files into it, this
will appear when you first run the program or when you select
the Project menu, Import and
then Wizard.

Some
people organise each project they work on into a separate
folder or directory containing all documents and files associated
with that project. Other people will have a generic 'writing'
folder containing all their files. The following screen allows
you to select which type of import you will do.

If
you select the first option, Attaché will import a
folder and all the files in it as a new Project. It will also
automatically set the name of the Project the same as the
Folder Name. A window will appear where you can set the Drive
and Folder you wish to import, shown below.

If
you choose the second option, Attaché will ask you
to create a Project as a destination using the screen below.

This
allows you to set the Project name, description, genre and
length.
Once you have created the Project, a file selector will appear
allowing you to select multiple files to import into your
project, like this.

You
can select more than one file by holding down the Control
(Ctrl) key and clicking each file with your mouse. Alternatively
you can click on the first file, then hold the Shift key down
and click on the last one - this will select a 'block' of
files. When you have selected the files, click on the 'Open'
button to import them into Attaché.
